The Mission Fund accounts are maintained by the Treasurer. At the end of every calendar year, the accounts are audited by a reputable audit firm and by an internal auditor who are elected to act in such a capacity during the Annual General Meeting. After approval by the members during the Annual General Meeting, a copy of the financial report is sent to the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations and to the Archbishop of Malta. A copy of the financial report is published in the local press.
